“Xilinx embraces social responsibility because it’s the right thing to do to, and an important dimension of our core values of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Over the past year, we updated our Code of Social Responsibility and launched a new survey process to hold suppliers accountable for meeting our strict standards. These cover such areas as climate change, human rights, business conduct, compliance, and health and safety.
“Additionally, we continued to add renewable energy sources to our facilities, achieving a year-over-year global carbon footprint reduction of 17%. We also gave more than $2.3 million in grants in FY2021, benefitting over 900 non-profit organizations, and our employees donated nearly 1,500 hours of their time to volunteer work.
“Within the company, Xilinx extended CSR awareness by launching several new employee resource groups to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company, and we’ve applied these same principles to help drive our business decisions around the world.
