Elements of this PMBus compliant system can be reprogrammed to their factory default values using a series of XML scripts.

The Xilinx UltraScale Evaluation Kits contain digital power controllers from Maxim Integrated.
Xilinx customers can order a free dongle and download the PowerTool software from the Maxim Integrated website.
