Is it possible to fit a MIG 7 Series v1.1 QDRII+ x36 design in XC7K30T SBG324 and FBG484 packages, or an XC7K70T SBG324 package combination?

解决方案

No, QDRII+ x36 memory parts should not be selected for SBG324 and FBG484 packages for XC7K30T, or SBG324 package for XC7K70T devices.

This is because the number of available banks in these packages does not fit an x36 design.

The option to select an x36 memory part for these packages and device combinations will be removed starting in 13.2.
