Notes:

1) All versions of the wizard that supports Initial ES or General ES silicon for the 7 Series FPGA GTX/GTH/GTP transceivers are available in ISE and not in Vivado 2013.1 or later.

2) If there are multiple versions of the wizard supporting a particular silicon revision in a given tool version, it is recommended to use the latest Wizard version so all of the latest updates/changes are included.

3) For Virtex-7 580T XC7VH580T (General ES) devices, v2.5 of the Wizard in Vivado 2013.1 can be used for the GTH transceiver.
