Simulation parameter SIM_BYPASS_INIT="SKIP" is not supported for QDRII+ interface types. Calibration might never complete if SKIP is used.
The 7 Series FPGAs Memory Interface Solutions v2.0 User Guide (UG586) suggests that SKIP is a supported value for the SIM_BYPASS_INIT parameter, but this is incorrect.
The following are the only supported values for the SIM_BYPASS_INIT parameter:
"FAST"
"OFF"
