On Windows, export_simulation ignores the -lib_map_path option used to specify the compiled library location for Questa/ModelSim.
Questa/ModelSim simulation fails as it cannot find the pre-compiled libraries.
This option works fine in Linux.
This is a known issue with export_simulation in Windows.
To work around it, manually copy modelsim.ini from the compiled library location before running simulation.
The issue has been fixed in Vivado 2016.1.
