描述

The CORE Generator interface opens but when a user attempts to expand the core catalog or open a core customization GUI, an error is issued.

On Windows 7:   "_wincg.exe has stopped working" pop-up occurs.

On Windows XP: "_wincg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" pop-up occurs.

解决方案

This error occurs if the CORE Generator software is opened using the "wincoregen.exe" or "_wincg.exe" executables.

To avoid these errors, use "coregen.exe" to open and use the CORE Generator software.
