描述

If I open Message Filtering, I see the following GUI related issues:

• The list of filters is partially hidden.
• Resizing the dialog box does not help because the components inside do not re-arrange themselves.
• Moving the divider between the buttons and the list of entries does not work.
• Increasing the area of the filter list is limited. The control buttons at the bottom disappear after the limit is reached.
