描述

Part Compatibility settings are invalid (not updated) if the project part is changed.

For Example:

1. I open the example design (bft, targeted to xc7k70tfbg484) and open the elaborated design.
    
   
2. I set part compatibility to xc7k160tfbg484 in the Set Part Compatibility dialog (Tools -> I/O Planning -> Set Part Compatibility).
    
3. I close the elaborated design and modify the part to xc7k480tffg901 in the Project Summary View.
    
4. I open the elaborated design and set the Part Compatible again.
   
   However the dialog still only shows the xc7k160tfbg484 part, which is not compatible with the new part xc7k480tffg901
