Vivado Synthesis issues the following critical warning when there are unconnected pins on a BlackBox:

[Synth 8-4442] BlackBox module <name> has unconnected pin <pin_name>

解决方案

The RTL needs to be modified such that there are no unconnected pins on the BlackBox.
