I am using a -1L UltraScale device in Vivado 2015.1.
When I set a Vccint value of 0.873 V, the part does not correctly update to -1LV in the Vivado project.
When I set a Vccint value outside the range of a -1L device, the following warning occurs:
set_operating_condition -voltage {Vccint 0.875}
WARNING: [Designutils 20-249] VCCINT value 0.875000 must be between 0.922000-0.979000 Setting it to 0.950000.
When using UltraScale devices in Vivado 2015.1, the set_operating_conditions command can be used to specify the device voltage (Vccint) of the device.
Based upon the value entered, Vivado should automatically update the correct speed grade and part for this value.
Currently, if a value is entered which is outside the range of the currently selected part, the part will not update in the project.
Running a report_power command will still give correct results using the updated value of Vccint, but the part will be shown incorrectly.
To work around this, the part can be changed manually within the part selector or with a set_part command.
set_property PART <part_number> [current_project]
This issue is expected to be resolved in Vivado 2015.3.
