Prior to Vivado 2014.4, the 7 Series Integrated Block for PCI Express core allowed selection of 31.25MHz for the AXI Frequency in the core configuration GUI.

However, this has been removed from version 2014.4 of the Vivado tools.

Is a 31.25Mhz AXI interface frequency supported?

Support for a 31.25MHz AXI Interface Frequency was included by mistake in versions prior to Vivado 2014.4.

This frequency is not supported and has been removed from the core configuration GUI.
