描述

Currently the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC DisplayPort Controller Linux 4.14 driver always assumes that the DisplayPort output (GTRs) will be used. 

This means it will not initialize unless the GTs are instantiated. 

There might be use cases where I want to use the Live input and output to the PL (for any PL based video IP) to do mixing, but not use the GTs because they are being used by other protocols like SATA and PCIe.

This is a feature addition and is not supported in the current release.
