This issue is seen only with Config Reads.Memory Reads do not have this issue.
Also, the issue is applicable to Vivado 2020.1 only.

This a known issue to be fixed in a future version of the core.
The patch attached to this Answer Record for the 2020.1 version contains a "readme" file which includes installation instructions.
