Xilinx’s corporate social responsibility program is a global initiative with a focus on improving education in local communities. The signature program is the Xilinx Educational Ecosystem, which the Hyderabad office implements in Indresham Primary School. In addition to education, Xilinx encourages employees to volunteer and give back in the areas of health, arts, and community and social service. The corporate social responsibility initiatives at each location are organized and executed by a team of employee volunteers. In Hyderabad, this team is called the Seva Team.

*Seva* is a Sanskrit work referring Selfless Service. The Seva team of XHD consists of about 20 active members and meets on a weekly basis. Different members take on the tasks of planning collections/drives, organizing fundraisers, recording metrics, and implementing the educational ecosystem goals, such as providing “Spoken English” classes at Indresham Primary School.

Concern India Foundation
Concern India Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that provides support to the mentally and physically challenged works toward making them both independent and self-sufficient individuals. Through various initiatives they help bring about a direct positive change in the lives of children, youth, women, the mentally and physically challenged and the aged.

Akshaya Patra
The Akshaya Patra Foundation is a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Bangalore, India. The organization strives to fight issues like hunger and malnutrition in India. By implementing the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in the Government schools and Government aided schools, Akshaya Patra aims not only to fight hunger but also to bring children to school. In addition, Akshaya Patra is continuously leveraging technology to cater to millions of children. Its state-of-the-art kitchens have become a subject of study and they attracts curious visitors from around the world.

Association Rural and Urban Needy
The Association for Rural and Urban Needy (ARUN) is a not-for-profit organization working to establish caring and development-supporting systems through democratic spaces for marginalized communities in urban and rural areas. The organization has specific focuses in dalits, safai karmacharis, children without adult care, families and communities in distress and suffering from homelessness and hunger.

Vibha
Vibha is a not-for-profit organization that approaches issues as a social venture catalyst, creating a grassroots movement that empowers individuals, whether they are a volunteer or a donor, to make a positive difference in the life of an underprivileged child and provides them with the possibility of a brighter future. Vibha seeds, grows and scales grassroots ideas that can solve systemic problems related to the underprivileged child through a cure that involves minimal external intervention with large scale societal impact.

Child Rights and You (CRY)
CRY is a not-for-profit organization that addresses the situation of the deprived Indian child by providing resources for children to realize their full potential through individual and collective action. CRY achieves this by enabling peoples' collectives and movements encompassing diverse segments, to pledge their particular strengths, working in partnership to secure, protect and honor the rights of India's children

Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund
In pursuance of an appeal by the then Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru in January, 1948, the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) was established with public contributions to assist displaced persons from Pakistan. The resources of the PMNRF are now utilized primarily to render immediate relief to families of those killed in natural calamities like floods, cyclones and earthquakes, etc. and to the victims of the major accidents and riots. Assistance from PMNRF is also rendered, to partially defray the expenses for medical treatment like heart surgeries, kidney transplantation, cancer treatment, etc. The fund consists entirely of public contributions and does not get any budgetary support.
